Lilian Lee is an image branding consultant, as well as etiquettes & soft skills trainer. She is an alumni of the prestigious Academy of Image Mastery and London Image Institute; and has over a decade of experience in the airline, healthcare, and training industry. Lilian has accumulated years of practical runway time as a model and multiple pageant winner. Lilian was crowned Miss Singapore World (1st RU) in 2005 and Miss Singapore Intercontinental in 2007. Lilian also complemented her repertoire with titles such as Miss Personality, Miss Body Beautiful, Miss Crowning Glory. Her stage poise and personality saw her represent Singapore on the international stage in Poland in 2008 and outshine 58 other finalists to bring home the Miss Intercontinental Asia Pacific title, gaining Lilian admission to small and exclusive group of beauty queens who have brought home international titles. Since 2009, Lilian has provided several corporate and institutional training in various private and government sectors- from financial, real estate, educational to healthcare industries. Where people meet people, and service makes the definitive difference, Lilian has made that difference. Lilian has met training objectives of CPF Board, AXA, Prudential, AIA, IPP, Manualife, ERA, Huttons , Alba Restaurant, SATS, Hoya Vision Care, Parkway College, Essilor Amera, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, MDIS, SIT, NTU, just to name a few. Not forgetting her own humble beginnings, Lilian has also found herself coaching pageant contestants and imparted her experience through choreography. Today, Lilian schedules her time between delivering high quality and results orientated workshops for public and private organisations on the topics of interpersonal skills, image presentation with distinction, service excellence; and coaching individuals who seek to leverage on their non-verbal communication to give them the edge.
