​Counselling has many benefits, it is not just a journey of self awareness and discovery but also a chance to learn about yourself and your process and why you are the person you are, who makes the choices you do.
Some of these choices can take time and be difficult but what is more interesting than learning about the person you are, especially as knowledge is empowering.
Counselling is also about talking to a professional listener, someone who will not criticise you or make you feel bad about yourself but encourages you to increase your self esteem and walk alongside with you in your world for a while. 
​As a certified Counselling Psychologist, my counselling services includes confidentiality, respect, non-judgemental and trusting relationship with my clients.

Making an appointment:
Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
** After office hours - 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm (Counselling Fee differs)
Counselling Fees - Face to Face:
For one session only - S$180/- (for individual)  and S$280/- (for couples)
3 sessions (Full payment in advance)  - S$150/- per session for individual and  - S$240/- per session for couples
5 sessions (Full payment in advance) - S$140/- per session for individual and  - S$230/- per session for couples
Counselling Fees - Online / Telemental Health
Hourly session - S$150/- (paid in advance, 24 hours before session)
Corporate Counselling Fee - Negotiable
** Each session is for ONE hour only.
